When can Care be contacted?
Normally the office hours are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 9.30am and 12 noon. However, as the officers are all volunteers, very occasionally there may not be anyone to answer the telephone. We do not have any facility for leaving a message, so you will need to call again. It is essential to book an appointment in advance, ideally several weeks. We will always try to help, even with one or two days' notice, but it will not always be possible.
